How do you build a farm business to make succession planning possible? That question was the main focus of an in-depth study into farm succession planning carried out by Dr Mike Stephens from Meridian Agriculture who joins us on this episode. 

Mike shares some of the learnings of his research and talks about what can be done to allow owners to hand on a viable business, have sufficient funds for retirement and ensure the self interest of other family members is catered for.
